Children Under the Age of 18
The App is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this App, through any of its features, create an account on the App, make any purchases through the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. , please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
The App is not intended for the collection, storage, or processing of protected health information (“PHI”) subject to HIPAA. Please do not submit medical records, treatment information, or other sensitive health information through the App.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our App, including when you download, access, or use the App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:
Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
Location Information. This App does not collect real-time information about the location of your device.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:
Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App.
Web Beacons. Pages of the App and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity.
We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie non-personal information collected automatically to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.
Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) to process payments on our behalf. When you make a payment through our website or platform, your payment information (including your name, email address, billing address, and payment method details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to your complete payment information, such as full credit card numbers. Stripe is responsible for securely handling and processing all payment transactions.
We also use certain third-party service providers to support the operation, security, analytics, authentication, hosting, and functionality of the App. These providers may process certain personal information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. These providers currently include:
Sentry (error monitoring and diagnostics), which may process device information, technical error data, and user identifiers.
Google Firebase and related Google services (authentication, database, hosting, and application infrastructure), which may process email address, user identification information, and App usage information.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (analytics and crash reporting), which may process device information and usage data. Where required by applicable law, analytics technologies will not be activated until appropriate user consent has been obtained.
Our third-party service providers maintain their own privacy policies, whose current versions are available at: Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy), Sentry (https://sentry.io/privacy/), and Google Firebase, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). These policies are maintained and updated solely by the applicable third party. Any links we provide are for your convenience only, and we do not control or guarantee the content, availability, or continued accessibility of such policies or links. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App may use cookies, local storage objects, authentication tokens, and similar technologies to support functionality, security, authentication, analytics, and user preferences.
Certain technologies used by the App are strictly necessary for operation of the App and do not require user consent under applicable law. These technologies may include session cookies, authentication tokens, security and fraud-prevention technologies, and similar technologies necessary to provide requested services and maintain account security.
The App may use non-essential analytics and performance technologies, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to better understand usage patterns, improve functionality, and diagnose technical issues. Such technologies will not be initialized unless and until the user provides explicit opt-in consent, where required by applicable law. Users may withdraw their consent to non-essential analytics and performance technologies at any time through available browser, device, or application settings.
You may be able to control certain cookie and tracking preferences through your browser or device settings; however, disabling certain technologies may affect App functionality.
How We Use Your Information

Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by unsubscribing via the link contained in any email.

However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at support@spunkyspeech.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If your user account is deleted, we will retain your personal information for up to thirty (30) days following deletion of your account. After the 30-day period, your personal information will be permanently deleted, except where we are required or permitted by applicable law to retain certain information for a longer period. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App is governed by our terms of use.

Your State Privacy Rights

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the App.
